How do I place my first order?

1.     Find the items you want First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Product A-Z and categories are always a good place to start as well as the keyword search box located on the right side of every screen.

If you know the product code of the item you want, click advanced search or “help me find” and you can type this into the search box and find the product straight away.

2.     Add the items to your shopping basket If you want to order an item from Remarkable.co.uk, click the 'Add to Basket' button on the product list page. Once you've added an item to your Basket, continue shopping to keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Basket at any time by clicking the shopping basket link on the left side of every page of our website.

3.     Proceed to checkout Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your basket. When you're ready to complete your order click the 'checkout' button. You will be taken to the first page of the order process.

If you're new to Remarkable.co.uk you can create an account using a unique password. This will allow you to make changes to your account information, save addresses, view previous orders and track the progress of any current orders with us.

5.     Enter a delivery address Tell us where you would like to have your order delivered.

6.     Review and submit your order Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the 'proceed' button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email message. We will send you another email message at the time of dispatch.

7.     Proceed to provide payment information. All payments are currently processed by Paypal. On clicking proceed you will be taken to their secure website for payment to be processed.

8.     Check your order status If you would like to review or check the status of your order before it enters the dispatch process; click the 'My Account' link in the top right corner of most pages on our site. This will allow you to view your orders current status.

What forms of payment can I use?

You can pay for your online order using most credit or debit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, or Maestro/Switch cards are all accepted.
