Please note that some deliveries are not trackable. If you're not sure whether your order has been dispatched, check the status of your recent orders in “my account” section of the site.

Delivery services and charges

The contents of your order will determine which delivery services are available to you, and at what charge. You will only pay one delivery charge per address, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order

*Parceline is a courier company and will therefore require a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone is at home to receive the parcel or a card will be left.

Free Delivery Service

All orders placed with a value greater that £75 will receive free delivery by Parceline. Please ensure someone is at home to receive the parcel or a card will be left.

Do you deliver overseas?

No not at this time.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

No not at this time.

What happens if I'm out when you deliver?

If you're out when we try to deliver, your parcel will be returned to the depot.

They'll leave you a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next.

Royal Mail will take your parcel to the local sorting office if it requires a signature or is too large for your post box and you're not in. Royal Mail will leave a card at your address explaining what to do next.
